A quiet stack behind the wall

This is a private plant with a public calling card: sensors in, encrypted pipe, authorised eyes on the other side.

Ingress: Zero open inbound ports. Cloudflare Tunnel outbound only.
Transport: MQTT over WSS on 443. Anonymous clients refused.
Custody: Self-hosted. Data stays on hardware WilTech operates.
Access: Identity in front of dashboards. A few public extras live on this face of the site.
